The engagement focused on workplace strategy and space planning across a regional pharmaceutical portfolio, responding to the distinct business, operational and employee needs of each location.
A Centre of Excellence within Gensler provided a framework for focused services across regions. It connected shared knowledge and consistent planning principles with local requirements, supporting a coordinated approach to individual projects.

Leading projects. Building a regional service framework.
During my tenure at Gensler, I led and delivered workplace strategy and space planning engagements across Mumbai, Pune, Seoul, Dubai, Riyadh and Bangkok.
I worked with stakeholders to translate local business and user requirements into workplace recommendations and spatial plans. Alongside project delivery, I helped create Gensler’s Centre of Excellence for the client, bringing together project knowledge and planning approaches to support consistent services across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
