01 / BRIEF & APPROACH
Narativ helps organisations address business challenges through listening and storytelling, with programmes spanning employee engagement, leadership development, sales and fundraising. The engagement sought to establish a clear roadmap for the company’s medium- and long-term development.
I mapped the components of its consulting practice and client relationships, then facilitated ideation with the CEO, co-founder and programme developers. This work informed a shared business direction and a proposal for an online storytelling platform, combining a train-the-trainer model with tools for self-facilitation to extend engagement beyond individual workshops.
02 / MY CONTRIBUTION
Connecting business direction with service delivery
Initially engaged as a Design Strategy Consultant, I developed my role across experience design, service design and co-training, and built a design team to advance the platform concept.
Working with colleagues in New York and London, I developed client-facing materials explaining programmes, outcomes and pricing; pre-training assessments and post-training feedback tools; and facilitation resources and activity cards. I also established visual design foundations and frameworks for a new website and online platform, while supporting client training programmes.
03 / OUTCOMES
The work helped Narativ articulate and communicate a clearer vision, supported by practical tools for presenting, delivering and evaluating its services.
It contributed to reduced operational costs and greater efficiency, while helping the team define future business opportunities. The proposed platform and train-the-trainer model established a direction for extending client relationships and supporting continued practice beyond facilitated sessions.
Client organisations included Twitter, City University of New York, Open Society Foundation, John Jay College and Elmezzi Foundation.
