India Campus Strategy & Vision

Confidential Financial Services Client - Establishing a shared vision for the organisation’s India campuses

01 / BRIEF & APPROACH

The engagement focused on developing a real estate strategy and planning principles for the organisation’s India campuses, aligning a multi-site portfolio with business growth, operational priorities and evolving employee needs.

A structured visioning process combined leadership interviews, employee focus groups and surveys with assessment of existing workplaces and future space requirements. These perspectives informed a shared direction for the portfolio, connecting organisational ambition with the needs of the people using its campuses.

02 / MY CONTRIBUTION

Turning research into strategic direction

During my tenure at Gensler, I contributed to the visioning process, real estate strategy and workplace planning. I synthesised findings from leadership and employee engagement into insights and recommendations, translating business, operational and user requirements into planning principles.

This work informed an India vision document that articulated the future campus direction and provided a common basis for subsequent planning and design decisions.
