Future of Work Strategy

Confidential Global Technology Company - Exploring how changing work patterns could reshape the workplace

01 / BRIEF & APPROACH

The engagement explored how evolving work models, digital behaviours and organisational shifts could influence the future workplace.

Research into hybrid work, collaboration and workplace experience informed scenario building and speculative spatial models. These explored how work environments could respond to future organisational needs, supporting long-term strategic thinking.

02 / MY CONTRIBUTION

Translating research into future possibilities

During my tenure at Gensler, I contributed to strategy development and design exploration, synthesising research insights into strategic narratives, workplace scenarios and spatial concepts.

I helped develop design-led propositions that examined new possibilities for flexibility, collaboration and employee experience, connecting emerging work patterns with potential changes to the physical workplace.

03 / OUTCOMES

The engagement produced future workplace scenarios and spatial propositions to inform discussions around hybrid work, flexibility and workplace innovation.

As a speculative study, its value lay in making alternative futures tangible—providing a basis for evaluating possibilities and informing long-term workplace strategy and design direction.
