Innovation Campus — Workplace Transformation
Confidential Global Health Technology Company - Bringing people, research and innovation together.
01 / BRIEF & APPROACH
The engagement supported the consolidation of three separate workplaces into a single innovation campus spanning approximately 600,000 sq. ft. across 12 floors, serving around 5,000 employees.
The challenge extended beyond relocation: moving teams from individually assigned, desk-centred environments towards shared, flexible settings supporting hybrid work. Connectedness, balance and flow informed a workplace vision that brought together research, collaboration, wellbeing and organisational purpose.
02 / MY CONTRIBUTION
Shaping the workplace. Preparing people for change.
As Senior Workplace Strategist, Planner and Lead Change Management Specialist, I co-led workplace strategy and planning, translating business priorities, employee needs and global workplace standards into planning principles and future workstyles.
Working with business and laboratory leaders, I helped define settings for focused work, collaboration, research and social interaction, including adaptable laboratory planning and a destination Work-Café.
I led the development of a four-stage change programme covering planning, engagement, preparation and evaluation. Leadership workshops, employee co-creation, pulse surveys and communications informed workplace protocols and prepared teams for shared-space behaviours and new ways of working.

Supported through workplace strategy and change planning
The engagement established an integrated workplace strategy and a structured transition approach for the consolidated campus.
